Because most of our products are custom-made or crafted to order, we follow a transparent and well-defined Return & Refund Policy that protects both our customers and our craftsmanship.
We partner with trusted logistics providers like Bluedart and others to ensure your furniture reaches you safely and securely. Every piece is carefully packed with industry-grade materials to minimise any possibility of transit damage. Despite this, we strongly recommend that you carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any visible damages or concerns should be reported immediately before accepting the delivery.
As a standard policy, Urbanfry Homes does not accept returns once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, since each piece is specially crafted for your order. Returns will only be considered under the following rare circumstances:
Minor variations in colour, finish, grain, or texture are natural characteristics of solid wood furniture and will not be treated as defects. All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
Most of our furniture is handcrafted or finished specifically for your order. Customised and made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances, except in the case of verified major damage or incorrect delivery.
In rare cases where minor transit issues like small chip-offs, surface scratches, or hairline cracks occur, we’re here to help. Our dedicated after-sales service teams are available in multiple cities across India to inspect and resolve such issues at your doorstep. Most minor repairs, polish touch-ups, or hinge adjustments are done free of cost, ensuring your furniture remains flawless and beautiful.
To process any damage-related claim, it is mandatory for customers to record an unboxing video or take clear photographs while opening the packaging. This documentation helps us validate the claim and provide a quick resolution. Claims without supporting documentation may not be eligible for return, repair, or replacement.
Not all Urbanfry Homes products require installation, but some may involve minimal assembly such as leg fixing or shelf fitting. Installation services are not included in the product price. Customers are requested to arrange for professional installation locally if required. Our support team can guide you with instructions or suggest reliable service providers in your area.
We aim to resolve all verified damage-related concerns as quickly as possible. Depending on the nature of the issue, location, and availability of replacement parts, repair visits, part replacements, or service appointments typically take between 7 and 20 working days.
Refunds are not applicable once an order has been confirmed and processed. In the event of a verified major defect or incorrect product delivery, we offer the following solutions:
