Had purchased a TV unit from then quite a few years ago which is still In use. So when requirement for a dining table popped up, we contacted them and got a wide catalog to select from. Finally chose a 4 seater which was priced reasonably. The Delivery was super quick, considering we live quite far from warehouse. The payment was done only after the furniture was delivered and assembled, which shows their trust in customer's. The dining table is built pretty neatly with no rough edges. Polish is top notch and we are loving it. Will definitely buy again.

Very happy to share a review for the recently purchased furniture items from Urbanfry homes. Quality – product quality has been really good as this is my 3rd order to them and all items that I’ve purchased have strong wood material like Sheesham or Acacia wood. No compromise with quality is the reason for repetitive orders. Variety – I visited their workshop in Sector 59 and was amazed to see variety and stock for good range of furniture items Customer service – although never got to avail any service but ready to support attitude of staff shows that they have been trained for customer satisfaction Owners – Apoorv and Ruchi are down to earth and very helpful in product selection. recommendation – happy to recommend basis my purchase experience with urbanfry as it ticks all the boxes from product quality to pocket friendly pricing. online retailers are having high rates even for particle board products.

Have been shopping from Urbanfry for last 5 years now. I have multiple furniture items that I got from them. Unique pieces at best prices. This time around I ordered a dining table set along with minimalist design cabinet customised to the size for the area, apoorv was nice to do it once and somehow there were some issues in the chairs and bench sent which when raised, apoorv replaced the whole set without any hassle. He gave me multiple options to choose from and delivered it without any hassle.

Almost 75% of my furniture has been furnished by UrbanFry Homes. We are in relation since 2019 and believe me they never dissapointed me. Even the after sales is fantastic, they listen and provide solution even gives replacements too. They can customise things for you, you just share the picture of what you want and these guys have solution of that in and out. Had a great experience purchasing our TV cabinet from UrbanFry. We visited their Gurgaon warehouse (finding it was a little hard, but worth it). They had many options that we both did and didn't see in kirti nagar and most pieces were priced very fairly. Eventually we finalised this piece (pictures attached) We had an issue in the first delivery as the color of the piece was not what we had ordered, but a phone call with the owner quickly fixed that. They took back the piece and we were given a replacement in a few days. The quality of the piece is good (considering the price).

Apoorv and the team had done a good job. One of our friend has been with them from long so we thought if he is satisfied then we should try too. So we found a design online and showed it to him but with few customised changed into that design. They delivered the same design as we asked for with strong built and with 5 years warranty to all the products. Care & Assembly
Fabric Sofa Care
- Avoid positioning your furniture in direct sunlight where it will fade.
- Your upholstered item should be placed at least 1m away from any heat source.
- When moving your sofa, the best way is to lift it from the base. Avoid dragging it around by the arms or any sewn in cushions, as this may potentially damage the arm or cushion, but also could potentially damage the stability of the sofa legs
- Do not use detergents or cleaning chemicals, as this could further mark the fabric. Use of the Guardsman care products, following the manufacturer's instructions, is recommended.
- A vacuum with an upholstery brush attachment can be used to remove dust and other environmental debris from the upholstery, and under seat cushions (if applicable). Dust/grime can mark the fabric and be harder to clean if left.
- We do recommend professional dry cleaning only. If the covers are removable, you can take them into the dry cleaners. If not, have the sofa professionally cleaned in place at home.
- If the cushions are interchangeable and should be rotated to share the wear. When unwrapping your new sofa, avoid using any sharp tools that may accidently damage the sofa’s upholstery
- Avoid sitting on armrests and backrests, as they have not been designed as additional seating
- Dye Transfer - certain clothing and accessory dyes (such as those used on denim jeans) may migrate to lighter colours. This is increased by humidity and temperature and is irreversible.
- Pilling is a sign of everyday wear and is not an indication of a fabric fault. Use of a de-pilling tool should form part of your regular care and maintenance.
Maintaining your Sofa
Sofa Maintenence:
- Try to utilise all seating and rotate the cushions where possible to ensure even wearing at least one a week.
- If there are cushions that are feather-filled, they will need to be 'beaten up' regularly to retain their shape.
- If the cushions are left for long periods of time without any care they will flatten.
Wearing in a sofa:
If your new sofa looks and feels a little different to the one you saw in store (it may feel a bit firmer and the fabric a bit tighter), that's because your sofa is brand new and hasn't had the chance to be worn in by many visitors, like the display model has had the opportunity to receive in store.
Give your sofa time to gradually 'wear in' and adapt to your way of life and it will then develop a more casual appearance, each with its own unique character.
