Had purchased a TV unit from then quite a few years ago which is still In use. So when requirement for a dining table popped up, we contacted them and got a wide catalog to select from. Finally chose a 4 seater which was priced reasonably. The Delivery was super quick, considering we live quite far from warehouse. The payment was done only after the furniture was delivered and assembled, which shows their trust in customer's. The dining table is built pretty neatly with no rough edges. Quality – product quality has been really good as this is my 3rd order to them and all items that I’ve purchased have strong wood material like Sheesham or Acacia wood. No compromise with quality is the reason for repetitive orders. Variety – I visited their workshop in Sector 59 and was amazed to see variety and stock for good range of furniture items Customer service – although never got to avail any service but ready to support attitude of staff shows that they have been trained for customer satisfaction Owners – Apoorv and Ruchi are down to earth and very helpful in product selection. recommendation – happy to recommend basis my purchase experience with urbanfry as it ticks all the boxes from product quality to pocket friendly pricing. online retailers are having high rates even for particle board products.

Have been shopping from Urbanfry for last 5 years now. I have multiple furniture items that I got from them. Unique pieces at best prices. This time around I ordered a dining table set along with minimalist design cabinet customised to the size for the area, apoorv was nice to do it once and somehow there were some issues in the chairs and bench sent which when raised, apoorv replaced the whole set without any hassle. He gave me multiple options to choose from and delivered it without any hassle.

Had a great experience purchasing our TV cabinet from UrbanFry. We visited their Gurgaon warehouse (finding it was a little hard, but worth it). They had many options that we both did and didn't see in kirti nagar and most pieces were priced very fairly. Eventually we finalised this piece (pictures attached) We had an issue in the first delivery as the color of the piece was not what we had ordered, but a phone call with the owner quickly fixed that. They took back the piece and we were given a replacement in a few days. The quality of the piece is good (considering the price).

Apoorv and the team had done a good job. One of our friend has been with them from long so we thought if he is satisfied then we should try too. So we found a design online and showed it to him but with few customised changed into that design. They delivered the same design as we asked for with strong built and with 5 years warranty to all the products. Will the product look exactly as it does on the website?
We strive for consistency, but since we use natural solid wood, slight variations in grain, shade, or texture may occur — making every piece one-of-a-kind. Lighting and screen resolution may also cause minor differences in perceived color.

What warranty do you provide?
All Urbanfry Homes products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors such as water or sunlight exposure.
What is your refund or replacement policy?
Refunds and replacements are only applicable in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after the product reaches our warehouse.
Is assembly required for Urbanfry Homes products?
For Delhi NCR, doorstep installation support is available at the time of delivery. For other cities, installation services are not currently provided. However, our products are thoughtfully designed for easy self-installation with clear instructions. In case any help is needed, most customers find that a local carpenter can quickly assist with setup.
Will installation be provided?
Most of our products are delivered pre-assembled. For items like dining tables, benches, or beds that require simple leg attachment, assembly is quick and can be done easily at home or with a local carpenter.
How will I know that you've received my order?
Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will appear on the screen confirming the order. An email with the order details will be sent immediately to the registered email ID, provided that we have an accurate email address.
